Refunds & Cancellations: Our airline tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. A refund is only possible if the travel supplier's policies allow it, or if Cruise Booking Desk accepts your refund request. This means you must not be a 'no-show,' and refunds or cancellations will only be processed if we can obtain a waiver from the supplier.
Airline Refunds & Future Credits: Refunds or future credits for airline tickets are subject to the airline's fare rules, procedures, and policies.
Any service fees displayed on the payment page will be shown in your local currency.

Service fees for changes, refunds, cancellations, or future credits are charged per passenger, per ticket.

Baggage: Please keep baggage receipts and tags for reference.
No-Show: We’ll need documentation explaining why you missed your scheduled departure.
Denied Boarding: We require documents explaining why you were denied boarding for your scheduled flight.
Duplicate Tickets: If you booked duplicate tickets with us, copies of all tickets showing the exact same itineraries will be necessary to process a refund request.
